8. Proof of means of sustenance and accommodation in Mozambique;
9. Invitation Letter and Term of responsibility for minors and dependents with identification details of the responsible party attached;
10. Invitation letter from the company in Mozambique if the request is made by an individual employed in the country; with identification details of the company representative attached;
11. Marriage certificate; translated into Portuguese
12. Birth certificates for Minors;
13. Business License of the Company in Mozambique (Alvará)
14. Tax Compliance Document for the Company in Mozambique (Certidão de Quitação das Finanças)
15. Host Company’s Social Security certificate (Certidão de Quitação).

III. Specific Conditions in the act of requesting for Medical Visa:

1. To present a passport or equivalent document with validity of at least 6 months;
2. Two passport size photos;
3. Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate;
4. Copy of Passport and copy of work/residence permit for other nationalities;
5. Confirmation of the appointment date, as well as a proof of confirms the covering of all expenses, if the visa is destined for medical treatment;
6. Flight booking.

Specific Conditions in the act of requesting for a Work Visa

1. To present a passport or equivalent document with validity of at least 6 months;
2. Two passport size photos;
3. Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate;
4. Copy of Passport and copy of work/residence permit for other nationalities
5. Authorization by the ministry of Labor of the Republic of Mozambique;
6. Ministerial Dispatch from the Mozambican Ministry the organization is registered under for Non-     Governmental organizations;
7. Contract document signed by the parties involved;
8. Invitation letter and Term of Responsibility from the company in Mozambique with identification details of the company representative attached;
9. Proof of investment document and / or work permit issued by the competent entity, if an entrepreneur;
10. Business License of the Company in Mozambique (Alvará)
11. Tax Compliance Document for the Company in Mozambique (Certidão de Quitação das Finanças)
12. Host Company’s Social Security certificate (Certidão de Quitação de INSS)
13. Certificate of good conduct (Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the authority of the country of nationality or of the last residence of the petitioner for at least 2 years; Authenticated by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs or by the representative diplomatic mission for other nationalities; Translated into Portuguese;

1. To present a passport or equivalent document with validity of at least 6 months;

5. Authorization by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Mozambique;
6. Invitation Letter and Term of Responsibility from the Organization in Mozambique with identification details of the representative attached;
7. Certificate of good conduct (Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the authority of the country of nationality or of the last residence of the petitioner for at least 2 years; Authenticated by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs or by the representative diplomatic mission for other nationalities; Translated into Portuguese;
8. Medical certificate; translated to Portuguese

8. Ministerial Dispatch from the Mozambican Ministry the organization is registered under for Non- Governmental organizations;
9. Business License of the Company in Mozambique (Alvará)

VII. Specific Conditions in the act of requesting for Visitors Visa:

1. To present a passport or equivalent document with validity of at least 6 months;
2. Two passport size photos;
3. Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate;
4. Copy of Passport and copy of work/residence permit for other nationalities
5. Letter from the applicant requesting the Visitor’s visa,
6. Invitation Letter and Term of responsibility, if the request of visa is based on the invitation by a particular entity and copy of ID/Residence card (DIRE).
7. Proof of means of sustenance and accommodation in Mozambique i.e., hotel accommodation, return ticket and applicant’s personal bank statement.

VIII. Specific Conditions in the act of requesting for Tourist Visa:

1. To present a passport or equivalent document with validity of at least 6 months;
2. Two passport size photos;
3. Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate;
4. Copy of Passport and copy of work/residence permit for other nationalities
5. Letter from the applicant requesting the tourist visa;
6. Proof of means of sustenance and accommodation in Mozambique i.e. hotel accommodation, return ticket and applicant’s personal bank statement;

 Specific Conditions in the act of requesting for Transit Visa:

1. To present a passport or equivalent document with validity of at least 6 months;
2. Two passport size photos;
3. Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate;
4. Copy of Passport and copy of work/residence permit for other nationalities;
5. Letter from applicant requesting the visa;
6. The applicant should be in possession of a Valid Visa to the next destination;
7. Invitation letter from the Host with identification details attached;

Specific Conditions in the act of requesting for Official Visa:

1. To present a Diplomatic/Official passport with validity of at least 6 months;
2. Two passport size photos;
3. Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate;
4. Copy of Passport and copy of work/residence permit for other nationalities;
5. Note verbal from Local office;
6. Invitation letter from Mozambique;
7. Flight details;
8. Accommodation details;

Specific Conditions in the act of requesting for Humanitarian Assistance Visa:

1. To present a passport or equivalent document with validity of at least 6 months;
2. Two passport size photos;
3. Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate;
4. Copy of Passport and copy of work/residence permit for other nationalities
5. Letter from the Local Company;
6. Invitation letter and Term of Responsibility the host Company/Organization in Mozambique indicating motive of travel with Identification details of the signatory attached (B.I or DIRE);
7. Authorization from the National Institute for Disaster Management of Mozambique; (Instituto Nacional de Gestão e Redução do Risco de Desastre);
8. Proof of means of sustenance and accommodation in Mozambique i.e., hotel accommodation and return ticket;
9. Ministerial Dispatch from the Mozambican Ministry the organization is registered under for Non- Governmental organizations;
10. 1. To present a passport or equivalent document with validity of at least 6 months;

5. Cover Letter from the Local Company;

8. Authorization letter from the Ministry of Youth and Sport Mozambique;
9. Confirmation letter from the relevant sporting Federation;
10. Certificate of good conduct (Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the authority of the country of nationality or of the last residence of the petitioner for at least 2 years; Authenticated by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs or by the representative diplomatic mission for other nationalities; Translated into Portuguese;

• ALL FOREIGN (Non-Kenyan) VISA APPLICANTS MUST PAY THE VISA FEE IN US ($) DOLLARS.
• VISA APPLICANTS MUST PRESENT THEMSELVES PERSONALLY
• ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE AFTER APPROVAL AND VERIFICATION OF THE APPLICATION.
• BANK DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE VISA SECTION.
• PAYMENT IS DONE STRICTLY VIA CASH DEPOSIT AT THE BANK. BANK TRANSFERS, ATM DEPOSITS, MOBILE PAYMENTS AND CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• FEES ONCE PAID CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.
